Food and Cooking Lamb korma
Serves 4
Prep 5 minutes Cook 20 minutes
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup korma curry paste
1/2  quantity Lamb casserole
1/4  cup pure cream
1/4  cup shredded fresh mint leaves steamed basmati rice, to serve

1 Heat oil in a medium, heavy-based saucepan over medium-high heat. Add curry paste. Cook, stirring, for 30 seconds or until fragrant.

2 Stir in Lamb casserole. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes or until heated through. 3 Add cream and mint. Stir for 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with rice.
