Onion and Gruyere Tart

Onion and Gruyere Tart 
Butter, for greasing 

2 sheets puff pastry
1 tbs olive oil
1 large Spanish onion, sliced
1 large brown onion, sliced
2 aacheta (4tsp ) Campbell's Rea).
Stock Paste - Vegetable

1 tsp tsrragcm, chopped
5 large eggs
200ml Campbeljfs Real Stock Vegetable
200ml. thickened orell
2 drops of Tabasco sauce
1 cup gruyern ohaean, grated


Step 1• Butter a rectangular flau tin (361x13cm) S; line it with the puff poetry sheets. Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Step 2. Beat oil in a small frypan & cook the onions until they are translucent. Remove from heat. &. stir in vegetable paste & tarragon.

Step 3. Whisk eggs, vegetable stock  & cream together, and add "Pabasco.

Step 4. Spread. the sauteed. onions over· the pastry and  then pour over ‘ the egg mix and  sprinkle with cheese.

Step 5. Place in the oven for 25-30minutes or until the tart has set. It will Still quiver slightly in the centre if you shake gently.
